Job Title: Application System Developer
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12 to 18 months

Expert Technical Skills Required:
· Must have at least 8 years experience with designing,
building and deploying enterprise software built in Java.
· Excellent Java, J2EE skills, and Web Services
· Significant hands-on experience developing scalable,
high-performance J2EE based large scale enterprise software
· Significant Experience using SOA technologies such as
SOAP, WSDL, XML Schemas, etc.
· Significant experience with Spring, Hibernate, J2EE,
Cruise Control, CVS, Subversion, HTML, JavaScript
· Experience with software design patterns, especially the
MVC pattern.
· Extensive experience with mid-tier server side
technologies. Experienced in multi-tier, component-based architecture and
design.
· Significant hand on experience with the Agile
methodology, OO Design, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and
Code Reviews.
· Strong application design skills and the ability to
represent those designs in UML.
Intermediate Skills Required:
Architecture experience with multi-tier enterprise level
applications.
Soft Skills Required:
Very strong team-interaction skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Platform and Skill Set Expertise:
Web Development : Java, Web Development : EJB / J2EE, Database Development :
Oracle
