*Job Description *
- Looking for someone to take language presented from IT (in techy terms)
on outages and put in to understandable terms to the scientist working with
the equipment. Don't want to know that the equipment is "broke", rather,
"what" is broke, "why" it's broke and "when" it will be fixed.
- *ARC (Application Repository Call)* required.
- Site knowledge preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- *Analyzes, models and optimizes* business processes and data flows.
- Builds business *process models, data flow diagrams, and entity
relationship diagrams*.
- Gathers requirements for systems and applications, develops business
requirements and technical specifications.
- Facilitates workshops.
- Develops business strategies and performs business processes
reorganization.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Capable of performing effectively in a team, or alone and unsupervised.
- Communicates effectively with team members and management.
- May require specialized *pharmaceutical* industry experience.
Experience: 3-7 Years business analysis
Education: Undergraduate Degree
