*Title: Business Analyst with **Health & Welfare or Pension** ** administration** Experience(This is a Must)* *Location: Jacsonville, Florida**.* *Duration:12 m +* *Job details* - -Contribute to the planning and scheduling of test by providing project estimations to the Test Manager -Identify components and interfaces for testing -Inspect and approve expected results for Requirements, Functional Design, and Technical Design to ensure all deliverables are accurately and completely defined prior to test -Review Requirements, Functional Design Specifications, and Technical Design Specifications to determine testing scope -Create and maintain moderately complex test scenarios and cases, including expected results, for new or existing software applications to ensure that all data processing requirements are met prior to production implementation -Prepare test environment, create and manipulate test data, and prepare tools prior to test execution ensure a stable environment for testing -Execute testing for client and core test scenarios and cases to ensure the system meets requirements and that the modules and components function together -Document and analyze test results generated by comparing expected to actual results and communicate test status to management and project team -Communicate with development, project team, and the users to resolve issues identified during testing -Adhere to Test Policies and Procedures -Identifies, recommends, and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance strategies -BS in CS or MIS, or equivalent experience -Experience with relational databases and client/server -*Data manipulation skills using SQL or MS Access *-*Strong analytical skills -Excellent communication skills, both oral and written -Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle -Minimum of 2 to 3 years test experience -Experience in Health & Welfare or Pension administration Experience -NextGen test experience preferred -Strong correspondence or documentation background preferred* -Experience with HP, UNIX, Powerbuilder, Sybase, DirectTalk, GUI, and IVR technology preferred -Experience with any of the following tools is a plus: PVCS Version Manager, PVCS Tracker, SQL, MS Office, MS Project, QA Partner *Please send me matching resumes with rates and contact details.* * * *Thanks* * * *Simon* [EMAIL PROTECTED] *Sedna Consulting Group* *Phone – 609 632 0201* * * *Note: This email is not intended to be a solicitation.
