- Responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements for enrollment
type projects. Preferred skills needed as a part of requirements gathering
and analysis:
-Use Cases-Business process diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams,
and/or sequence diagrams.
-Non-functional requirements
-Requirements traceability matrix
-Provide input into analysis processes
*Skill sets:*
- 5+ years of requirements gathering and facilitation experience
- 3+ years of UML modeling experience
Must have 2-3 years of experience gathering requirements within an
Insurance or Benefits Industry..
- Must be able to work independently or as a part of a larger group
- Strong analysis and facilitation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment with shifting
priorities
- Required technical skill sets also include:
- UML Modeling experience
- Experience within a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment
a huge plus.
- Strong Object oriented analysis skills
- Experience with Quality Center- Manual testing experience desired
