- BS Business or Computer Science required. Masters degree and/or project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred. - Experience: A minimum of 5 years managing development projects in a matrix environment, crossing the five project management process groups. - Knowledge of standard software development and PMBOK-based project management methodologies required. Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence, negotiation, and communication skills required. Proficiency with PlanView and/or Microsoft Project and Office applications required. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred. Specific tasks include: - Coordinates a cross-departmental team in a matrix environment to develop/implement Citigroup initiatives. - Follows the standard CTI project management and development methodology. - Participates in the definition of the objectives, scope, and resource requirements of each major project and ensures that they are documented in a Business Case or Project Charter. - Leads the project team in defining the deliverables, milestones, resources, and schedule in the project work plan. - Leads the project team in developing processes for change management, risk management, issue management, quality assurance, and project communications. - Tracks the execution of the project plans, including the timely, high quality completion of all deliverables, and revises the plan as necessary. - Provides timely reports on project status. - Effectively mitigates all risks and resolves all issues throughout the project. - Ensures that all change requests made during the project are managed according to the change management process. - Ensures that stakeholder expectations are aligned with project plans, and that the project communications plan is effectively implemented. - Negotiation skills - Post-implementation reviews (PIR's) -- Regards *Imran A.K* SCube Infotech, Inc.
