This is my direct client opening for *Project Manager II - New York, NY*. This is a 12 months contract position. The Hourly rate is $50/hr. Candidates need to interview in person and should be in the NY area. *SCOPE OF SERVICES* Coordinate the analysis, design, testing and implementation of CAS systems by proactively managing resources, tracking change requests, and resolving problems. Create and maintain project plans for CAS systems. Gather and document business requirements and create system specifications. Create process flow diagrams and logical database models. Create test cases and test applications.
