Duration: 12 Months Rate: Open Required: Core utilities experience with Power industry - SAP SM, Customer service with specific experience around Work management (SAP - MRS) Knowledge about Intergration with other modules SAP SM, CS with specific experience in SAP MRS Network Optimization & Demand Management Request for Proposal – SAP Training & Consulting Services SAP Consulting Services Deliverables Solution Design Consultant - ensure ""feasibility"" of overall design & implementation strategy, provide documented feedback for customer team, identify potential risks and issues w/suggested resolutions, serve as ""auditors"" of the design, including the review & feedback of the following deliverables: • Solution Blueprint • Technical Architecture • Conference Room Pilot • Technical Designs of Interfaces, Extensions • Unit Test Results • Test Scripts for System Integration Test (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT) Data mapping & Migration Strategy - from source systems into Project Systems, Customer Service (if applicable), HCM, FI/CO, and MRS Serve as experts on the meanings/usage of fields into SAP • Advise on the proper usage of attributes and integration points • Provide separate deliverable document to include the detailed data mapping of GE source data into each core module required for the solution "Golden" client configuration Gatekeeper function - review & approve all changes to "golden client" • Review & approve changes throughout project lifecycle for transport to dev, QA, and production environments • Ensure change control rigor and traceability throughout the project lifecycle • Adhere to measures/SLAs (ie. Less than 15% of proposed changes • to golden client are sent back to development team) Design SAP roles & profiles - based on user groups, functions and required access levels • Streamlined SAP role & profile design to maximize function while minimizing complexity Training Requests for MRS and Solution Manager SAP Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) training for project implementation team • Overview (1 day or less) of key features & functionality specific to the Customer repairs network optimization requirements • How to ""get started"" including setup/configuration, master data requirements, hooks to SAP ERP, and the Optimizer function SAP Solution Manager training & consult - how to ""get started"" including setup, training, best practices • Expectations for use of Solution Manager • Standards & best practices • Infrastructure for how the process works • User guide for developers, basic principles, etc. *Thanks & Regards* *Sree *|iNEK Technologies LLC | Phone 913-712-9365 Fax: 913-273-1065 Email: [email protected] | 9200 Indian Creek Pkwy.
