*SAP Web Dynpro for Java Developer*
Location: Sacramento, CA. Duration: 6 Months. Description: CANDIDATES NOT MEETING THE MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor will be expected to work both independently, and under the guidance of a project lead to *design, develop, and test ESS applications using SAP Web Dynpro for Java.* The successful contractor will need to work effectively with Cleint's SAP developers and analysts to design and develop solutions, and proactively seek out help as needed to accomplish project goals as scheduled. *The contractor will create and modify ESS applications using SAP Web Dynpro for Java in support of an SAP upgrade project from version 4.7 to ECC 6.0,* The contractor shall perform thorough testing to ensure all work meets specifications/expectations and create/update detailed support documentation for all applications, and cross-train client development personnel. Contractor will be expected to work with Cleint staff to: Assist and advise the District technical staff with learning and utilizing Web Dynpro for Java. Work with staff to modify existing ESS application functions (CATS, Benefits Enrollment, Renumeration Statement) using Web Dynpro for Java. Work with a team to design and develop custom ESS applications using Web Dynpro for Java utilizing existing SAP RFC's. This development will replace the District's existing ESS applications. Mentor the District's technical developers in the development of Portal screens using SAP NetWeaver technologies such as NWDI and Web Dynpro for Java. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS -Must have a minimum of 2 years of Java development -Must have a minimum of 2 years of SAP Web Dynpro for Java development experience in ECC 6.0. -Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in customizing and developing new ESS screens in the ECC 6.0 and NetWeaver 2004s environment.
