All Contractors submitted to provide services outline in this work request must demonstrate a high level of competency with the following methodologies: · Leading technical teams consisting of designers, developers, testers, configuration managers, network staff, security staff, and implementation and support processes. · Architecting and describing technical solutions to functional and non-functional system requirements. · Designing and documenting hardware, software and network solutions for application systems. · .NET programming o ASP.net o C# · MSSQL · MSSQL Sever Integration Services (SSIS) · Interfaces and remote upload processes Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications: · Skilled in developing and executing testing plans and automated test scripts · Microsoft Reporting Services · MSSQL Administration and Performance Tuning · UML · JavaScript Other Desirable Skills/Experience: · Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience in interface development or interface rewrites. · Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience developing or maintaining business intelligence/data management applications. · Demonstrated knowledge or previous experience working with non technical business users.
