*Title: F*acets EDI Business Analyst** * **This req is for 5 resources!!! Please make sure that your candidates have at 4 yrs of Health Insurance experience as a Business Analyst and have worked with FACETS!!!! They must also have billing or enrollment experience as well !!!!* * **Must Include Matching Resume, Rate, & Contact Number*** The BA will be responsible for: • Facets Operations Production Support • Analytical day to day support for Enrollment and Billing system enhancements. • Analysis and research of moderately complex system problems, coordinating with IT and tracking to resolution • Development, documentation and communication of alternative workarounds for system defects • Performing business support responsibilities to include production monitoring, file maintenance, ad hoc reporting and consultation with internal and external users • Perform Facets UAT Testing as required in resolving system defects. *Additional Skills:*** • *4+ years of Business analysis/system support experience with Health Insurance Systems required* • *Must have enrollment and billing business and/or technical knowledge. Helpful if specific (Facets)** *• Strong written and verbal communications skills • Functional specifications, minimum 3-5 years experience • Ability to analyze and document system procedures *• Extensive HIPAA analysis and assessment, knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.** • Experience with transaction sets 835, 837, 270, 271, 276, 277 • Working knowledge of TSO, Fileaid, SQL. • Solid expertise with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project *• Support system requirements walkthroughs/sessions (JAD) with Business Owners, Stakeholders, SME's and technical team. • Capture, document and validate business and functional requirements specifications. • Develop and finalize test plans, test scripts, traceability matrices, and use cases. • Development, planning and execution of overall system/regression testing activities to ensure the application meets all business and functional requirements as documented in traceability matrices. • Function as a Business liaison to the Design and Development teams during translation of requirements specifications into detailed design. • Collaborative problem resolution on day to day issues • Translate business requirements into structured flow diagrams, specifications. • Coordinate with business sponsor for business line deliverables such as training materials and SOPs • Ability to coordinate with internal customers, participating on a project team on a day to day basis, while effectively providing status to Management. • Requirements Development and Management (to include experience with Use Cases and Requirements Management Software) • Software Testing (to include User Acceptance Testing and experience with Testing Tools) • Project Management Andy --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "DIRECT CLIENT IT NEED" group.
