Job Title : Lead Project Manager
Location : West Palm Beach, Florida Project Duration : 6 Month(s) Skill Set : The Contractor shall be the focal point for deployment of the RFCP project. The Contractor will draft the project and initiative plans, obtain and manage consensus, revise the plans (under agreed change control process), report and manage progress on the plans, and is responsible for timely execution of the plans. Work Breakdown Structure: The contractor will perform the following tasks: Planning the deployment of the RFCP project and related initiatives. Creating and revising Project Documents in accordance with Client Standards. Obtaining and managing consensus of the team and stake holders. Manage all areas of the Project and Initiatives (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communication, Risk, and Procurement). Prepare conduct and deliver Project status reports and Project Management Oversight Reports. These reports will be monthly and serve as the required Consultant Performance. Manage expectations, issues, actions, changes and deliverables. Deliver "no surprise" results. Job Description : Introduction/Background This position will be related to the maintenance and planning of the Client's Radio Frequency Telemetry infrastructure. We are looking for a very senior (lead) Project Manager that is expert at Managing Projects and initiatives in RF Telemetry domain to provide immediate impact on the implementation of the Radio Frequency Communication Plan (RFCP) within the District. Objectives The objective of this Work Order is to obtain the services of a Program Management Expert with PMI certificate and ten or more year's successful experience in managing Projects in the high tech communications domain. The candidate needs to be expert at stakeholder management, team building, scheduling, oral and written communications. While this is not a technical role the candidate needs to be familiar with Radio Frequency Telemetry and Microwave Communications.
