Primary Function: *Support Engineer* I will provide support in a production
and development environment.  Some travel within RI and the ability to
participate in a 24x7 support rotation are required.

*Responsibilities/Duties:*

*Monitor, troubleshoot and repair application software issues. Escalate to
Senior Support technician as necessary.*

o          Uses fact finding techniques and analytic tools to identify
problems

o          Takes a systematic approach to problem solving

o          Looks beneath the surface to identify root cause

o          Recognizes the need to escalate problems to a higher level

o          Delivers the performance that colleagues require

o          Takes personal ownership for problems-follows through to ensure
that solutions meet needs.

o          Effectively documents solutions

o          Ensures knowledge transfer to work group/project peers

o          Demonstrates critical thinking

o          Identifies and analyses improvement opportunities

o          Troubleshoots and effectively resolves difficult or unusual
problems.

o          Effective in solving problems in a team environment
