Should have min 5 years of experience with IT consulting companies and know the Tier 1 vendors Excellent client and Vendor management skills to ensure timely delivery of resources. Should have experience prospecting, cold calling and conducting client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization. Experience in developing lead generation strategies and sales/ marketing plans for new accounts by Devise and implement sales strategies Develop and implement effective sales strategies and use a consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome challenges in placements. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective delivery to support client needs. Maintain account database and devise strategies to improve client relationships. Quanlify sales efforts for the team and report to the management on a regular basis. Co-ordinate with consultants from start to end of closing a placement. The candidate would have to responsible to understand the different US recruitment process and Sell the selected candidates to the US market. Highly motivated, bright, self-starter with results-driven sales oriented attitude Desired profile: Lead a sales team for a medium sized IT company and responsible for targets to be achieved Should have good contacts and working experience with Direct and tire 1 vendors.
