Key here is Dashboard and Teradata experience For the replacement contractor we would like to focus the skill set on Teradata skills with Cognos 8.3 skills as a plus. Specifically we need someone who has strong SQL skills in Teradata along with strong skills in the Teradata utilities which would include Mload, FastLoad, Bteq, and FastExport. An understanding of data warehouse concepts is desirable with experience with dimensional modeling. Cognos 8.3 skills are a plus with experience in Framework Manager and Report Studio. This is a dashboard project, so experience with dashboards is also a plus. The Cognos Developer is responsible for successful delivery of Distribution Sector Business Intelligence (BI) solutions & related components. The Cognos Reporting Specialist will develop Business Intelligence reporting solutions using the Cognos 8 BI suite. *Responsibilities include * working with clients to determine functional report requirements, writing functional specifications based on user specifications, development, customization and testing of reports using the Cognos 8 BI tools. Candidates must have experience with the Cognos 8 components: Framework Manager, Report Studio and Transformer Candidates should also possess strong SQL skills and experience with Data Warehousing environments.
