Urgent Requirement for a Peoplesoft HR Business Analyst

Location : Outside of Boston

Duration : 3 months

Retail experience is ideal.  MUST BE PEOPLESOFT HR. LOCALS PREFERRED.

The client need a Business Analyst to write functional requirements for
Peoplesoft HR reports. Will provide process reengineering, process
improvement, implementation and maintenance of new business processes and
software solutions. Will define cross functional requirements
specifications, analyze and cost solutions, and create business design.
Experience with Use Process Modeling methods and requirements gathering is
required. Must have knowledge of the business aspects of translating
business requirements to high level systems specifications. Must have
advanced experience using computer applications, spreadsheets, and graphics
packages such as MS-Office, MS-Project, and MS-Visio.
