*Job Title: *VB.NET Lead Developer**

*Contract position purpose: *Working with developer to integrate/rewrite
the existing direct website functionality to the new back end system
utilizing the web services of the new system. The job is as much a
mentoring situation as it is to accomplish the rewrite. The expectation is
that the individual will have proven best practices to avoid pitfalls that
are often encountered when converting to a new "platform".

*Musts:*
VB.net (will be using Visual Studio 2008)
ASP.NET
Ability to teach and explain why (not just do)
Proven experience developing web application utilizing web services from
ground up including:
Analysis of design
Coding
Error handling (and metrics to track issues to be proactive on
issues)
Testing
Teaching best practices, pitfalls to avoid, etc.
English speaking/communication essential
Classic ASP
Javascript
Oracle 10g (not required but helpful)

Well versed in SQL Server 2005 and provide guidance on setting up a
reporting database (from .csv downloads)
