ITIL Master certification would be helpful. Knowledge of the following tools would be helpful Installation of uCMDB, Dependency and Discovery mapping and Release Control. *Required Qualifications* Minimum 10 years experience. ITIL certifications, Operational Experience using ITIL practices.
