*Description*:
BPT COE SAP Security Analyst
*Job Description *The SAP Security Analyst/Consultant will provide
security project support, security configuration and administration for all
SAP landscapes and environments. This involves creating and maintaining
security profiles for the entire global SAP landscape, as well as working
with various teams to build security into new projects. As part of the
support, he or she will work with process teams
or other security team members in determining what information individuals
will require to perform their jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Works with cross-functional teams and IT Global Centers of
Excellence to develop, implement and maintain SAP-related application
security profiles.
Documents and communicates all changes in security practices to the
Process Teams, Change Management Team and the Integration and Infrastructure
Manager.
Creates SAP authorizations/profiles necessary to secure the
application environments.
Works with Process and Audit Teams to identify and outline
segregation of duties (SOD) analysis to determine what access levels
individuals need.
Provides risk assessments and information to uphold enterprise
security measures.
Maintains application security policies in support of Corporate
Security and Audit policies.
Works with the global and regional security team members to ensure
consistent security practices.
Skills and Experience:
Required:
- 3+ years experience administering and designing SAP application
security
o ECC 6.0 security
o BI/BW security
o SEM security
o TAP security
o PLM security
o Portal security
- Strong technical/BASIS knowledge of SAP environment
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proactive attitude toward problem solving
- Customer service focus
Preferred:
- Experience with Magic/Remedy ticket tracking
- Experience with Approva Biz Rights application
- Strong Excel skills
