Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Browser compatibility
*
Knowledge of accessibility standards, such as Section 508 and W3C
WCAG, and usability considerations
*
Experience/proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, GIMP,
etc.)
*
Working knowledge of JavaScript (1-2 yrs)
*
1-2 years project experience in ASP.Net
*
SQL programming, specifically SQL Server
