Responsibilities: · Develop underlying BPM Tool scripts using Java/JEE technologies · Assist with Design, Development, Testing and Integration with applications and services in a SOA environment using WebSphere products specifically WebSphere ESB, and WebSphere Process Server. · Perform system demos and Proof of Concepts PoC?s as required. · Optimize existing BPMS processes by analyzing live process data and performing *what-if* simulation models. · Implement BPM Tools to automate and execute business processes · Works with the customer and other partners to integrate various sub-system components within the business flow · Evaluate performance impact on existing systems and recommends solutions. · Modifies existing software to correct errors and improve its performance · Develops and unit tests new software modules and functionality based on specifications, following internal design and coding guidelines. · Provides support to other development team members and internal test team. Requirement: · 5+ years of Java development experience · Experience integrating diverse applications · Hands-on experience in design, develop and deployment of Web Services · Hands-on experience (3+) for development on Spring and Struts framework · 1+ years of experience in modeling, determining requirements for, and implementing, Human-Centric, Content Centric and Integration centric BPM Tool Suites · Experience with Java Web Service development and XML technologies (XML, XSL, XSD, WSDL). · Superior communication skills with demonstrated experience in customer facing role(s) · Knowledge of Document Management solutions like FileNet, Alfresco etc would be a plus · Must have worked on implementing a large system involving complex human workflows · Experience in middleware development and experience with any BPEL complaint process servers (a plus). · Should understand rules engine integration Specifications/Standards: SOAP, JDBC WS-*, BPEL4WS, XPDL, SCA and SDO etc Frameworks: JEE, Struts, Spring, iBatis, Axis2, JUnit, Hibernate Development Methodology: RUP, Agile, Extreme Programming Product Offerings: ILog JRules, Sun/IBM Security Offerings, Blaze Advisor Languages: Java 5, Javascript, JSP, SQL, UML, XML, CSS, XSLT, XPath.
