Kindly forward your profiles to *[email protected]** only* * * *Oracle Production DBA----- 2 Locations ( WA & GA) ---- Long term * ** Needs - *2 Oracle Development/Production DBAs* - (they need to have experience in both!!!) - Need to have had development DBA experience as they will work extensively with developers - large, production environments (terabyte or larger) - They need to have experience catching problems proactively while in development stage, then thru testing to monitor, and when it goes into production, 95% of the problems have been handled proactively. Required - 2-5 years with *HP or AIX* (need to be proficient) - 2-5 years database administration experience with Oracle - Experience in *Oracle 10g, 9i, RAC, Grid Control, and* Dataguard - Advanced knowledge in *Oracle tuning, including Oracle 10g RAC specific * - Experience in large, 24x7 environment - Experience with large database environments (terabyte or larger) - *Experience with high availability/DR* - *Knowledge of SAN concepts* - Knowledge of monitoring *tools like RMAN* - Experience with billing systems (Major + - these resources will be supporting the Prepaid system) - 4 year degree or equivalent - This group is responsible for providing database support for development, testing, and production databases in support *of Prepaid billing system*, Wholesale applications, differing types of activation applications, etc... They provide database solutions during development and test prior to production. They also monitor databases and proactively research solutions so production is 95% clear of database defects.
