SugarCRM experience is preferred and the candidate MUST have experience
in a Team Lead capacity implementing a couple of CRM applications in the
past.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
. Bachelors Degree - with a desire to work in an information
systems environment.
. 5+ years of demonstrated design and development experience
with CRM systems
. Good understanding of CRM concepts such as Customer Data
Model (CDM), Business Object Relationship Model (BORM) and Common
modules.
. 3+ years of proven industry PHP, XHTML, CSS, Javascript,
AJAX, SQL experience
. Strong analytical skills.
. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, a high
level of initiative, be up to date with the latest industry technology
breakthroughs.
. Good understanding of SDLC including analysis, design,
development and testing.
. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented
environment.
. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a
problem-solving environment.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
. Knowledge of Sugar CRM development, integration, and
customization
. Preference given to candidates who have worked with PHP on
IIS.
. Strong skills in Open Source enterprise scripting languages
such as Perl, Python, Tcl.
. CRM to ERP Integration & 3rd Party Applications
. Knowledge of Asterisk telephony development, integration,
and customization
. Custom Reports with open source tools
. Knowledge of Microsoft development technologies such as .NET
and SQL Server
