*Required Skills/Duties:***

·         Should have *5-10 Years of IT Experience. ***

·         *Must have Websphere, IIS, BusinessObjects, Tibco.*

·         Strong experience in Installation / Upgrading / Configuration
/Maintaining of *Informatica 6.x instances on UNIX and Linux servers. *

·         Would prefer someone that is *Informatica admin certified. *

·         Interact with UNIX and Database Administrators to create and
maintain each Informatica instance.

·         Configure Database connectivity to various source/target
databases.

·         Coordinate with Informatica 2nd and 3rd line support for patches
and bug fixes.

·         Coordinate internal Informatica support operations to distribute
and assign internal support calls.

·         Be responsible for the delivery of Middleware environments
globally for The company’s Application portfolio within a Linux, Unix, and
Windows platform.

·         Provide primary support activities for all The company’s
middleware systems, including the provision of 24x7 on-call 2nd and 3rd line
support (problem/incident management)

·         Provide a consultancy service to Trading Applications, Trading
Architects, ITIP-T, and GITI teams/projects.

·         Assist in the development, implementation, and management of a
global middleware framework.

·         Perform routine operational middleware administration activities.

·         Install, configure, and test middleware software patches and new
versions in conjunction with the company’s Application Development teams.

·         Plan and deploy application changes and upgrades in conjunction
with The company’s Application Development teams.

·         Manage capacity including capacity planning and monitoring usage
limits.

·         Perform Middleware/Application Performance Management and Fault
Monitoring.

·         Implement Security Management as per Trust Domain baseline, ISIP,
and Security Incident Process.

·         Manage Disaster Recovery including DR failover testing and
ensuring data, processes, documentation are maintained.

·         Escalate problems and situation management (SIP) and undertake
Root Cause Analysis on situations or major incidents.

·         Implement planned and emergency changes.* The Middleware service
portfolio encompasses: *Actuate, Apache, Appworx, IIS, JBoss, LDAP, Oracle
Application Server, SAP BC, Tibco, Weblogic, and Websphere. *

·         Work closely with the The company’s IT architect community,
Application Development, and GITI teams to provide Middleware solutions in
accordance with Trading and Group architecture guidelines and that are fit
for business purpose.

·         Maintain a "master" level of knowledge of the the company’s
Information Security Standard (i.e. ISIP, Trust Domain, Security Baseline,
etc) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) infrastructure compliancy and apply such to
all aspects of middleware service delivery.

·         Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

·         Provide business continuity by maintaining the current high level
of service and support required by The company’s against a background of
considerable change in the The company’s global business organization.*
Liaise with the several stakeholders with different, potentially opposing,
interests.

·         Support a 24x7 global trading mission critical applications
portfolio.

·         Operating consistently over time in the fast paced, high intensity
application development environment often found in trading organizations.

Be actively involved in creating a Global IT Infrastructure organization
with the re-orientation of service provision from a locally managed
operating mode to one that is truly global with emphasis on cost-effective
sourcing and long term consolidation with GITI equivalent services
