Required Skills for ORACLE FAST FORMULA POSITION:
Candidate will work on design and development of Fast Formula as part of a
larger Oracle ERP Implementation Project.
Requirements:
. 2+ years experience with Oracle HRMS/Payroll Suite and the Absence
Management Module and/or 3 implementations of Oracle Absence Management
Module
. Ability to create Functional and Technical specification documents
. Ability to translate business accrual requirements into Oracle functional
design (BR100), and perform the expected configuration and fast formula
development work.
. Ability to integrate design into existing Oracle HRMS/Payroll Suite.
. Ability to build, configure, test and implement.
. Ability to interface Oracle Absence Management modules with various time &
attendance systems.
. Experience with Oracle 10g related to SQL, PL/SQL
. Knowledge of Oracle Applications data models, APIs, views and interfaces
. Experience with Oracle fast formula development and implementation,
including experience with Oracle's development toolset including JDeveloper.
. High level analytical and problem solving skills are required
