SKILL SET :
* ITIL Certification would be a plus
* Expect at least 4 Years as a Remedy Developer
* Hands on Remedy Development Experience
* Change Management and CMDB
* Incident and Asset experience preferred
* Planning experience is a big plus
* In-depth knowledge and use of the Remedy Approval Engine.
* In-depth knowledge and use of the Remedy Email Engine
* Experience with Integrations with BMC/Remedy Products (incident
Management)
Job Description:
We have custom application that was built on the Remedy platform. We are
looking for someone with the skill set to be able to come in and bring
him/herself up to speed on the application with very little support. We have
a developer who is very familiar with the platform, but NOT with this
particular application. This application has several outstanding, pretty
complex, enhancement that need to be implemented.
This will definitely require someone who is highly independent and
skilled in designing /implementing Remedy Custom applications.
