There are 9 open positions They need 3 additional BA Candidates (requirements are a little different), one Project Manager and 5 Cobol/IMS programmers. *Business Analyst - 3 openings – must have 12 yrs exp in IT and 10 as BA.* ** Task Description: *POSITION 1: **Business Analyst*** *Business Analyst* needed for analysis/testing of the client’s system. This mainframe computer system must be modified to add additional information, through various reports, and make program modifications. Required Skills Requires a minimum of twelve (12) years IT experience with at least ten (10) yrs functioning as a Business Analyst. Ability to integrate solutions across multiple functional and technical environments is required. *5 yrs experience within the last 10 yrs understanding programming logic and with the ability to review and understand COBOL programming language. * *5 yrs experience within the last 10 yrs preparing required documentation, including detailed business requirements, COBOL programming specifications, and user-level documentation* Must have excellent problem solving skills Must be self motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have the ability to work effectively on a team of analysts, programmer and user staff in an application development environment Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and business staff at all levels *BA/BS degree* Desired Skills Experience in BULL mainframe Experience working within the Unemployment Insurance program Experience with IDS databases Advanced degree a plus *POSITION 2:* *Project Manager*** Project Manager – 1 opening Managing projects. This is a mainframe computer system need to be modified various reports and make program modifications. Required Skills Requires five (5) yrs experience within the last ten (10) yrs extensive background in managing large, complex projects with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. 5 yrs experience with in the last 10 yrs reporting in writing and orally to management as necessary. Requires 5 yrs experience within the last 10 yrs competent leadership and responsible direction through successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management. 5 yrs experience within the last 10 yrs must include directing completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints. 5 yrs experience within the last 10 yrs enforcing work standards and reviews/resolves work discrepancies to ensure compliance with project requirements. *Must have 5 yrs experience within the last 10 yrs managing a project team for an application being developed or modified in a COBOL environment * *Must have 2 yrs experience within the last 10 yrs in COBOL programming * Must have 5 yrs experience within the last 10 yrs scheduling and assigning analysis tasks to a project team. *Must have 5 yrs experience within the last 10 yrs scheduling and assigning COBOL programming tasks to a project team. * *Position 3** : **Advanced Programmer Analyst*** *Advanced Programmer Analyst* – this classification is terrible.
