*APL Developer* *Location : Jersey City, NJ* *Duration: 6 Months* *Responsibilities:* - Under direct supervision, performs maintenance on existing software products. Assists in modeling, coding, testing, and debugging new software or making enhancements to existing software. - Writes programs according to specifications from business analysts or senior level staff. - May use CASE tools and object modeling methodologies - Makes suggestions for problem solutions or software enhancements. - May assist with development of user documentation. - Works with technical staff to understand problems with software. Maintain and enhance existing APL applications within a dynamic, multi-node client-server J2EE/Unix environment. - Provides technical support to business analysts and production operators.
