The candidate will serve as second level support for the Siebel systems in NJ for their Sales Force Automation Application (Insight) version 8.1 and call center application (Intouch version 7.8). The candidate will provide customization on a project by project basis for the system; provide data extracts for legal requests and sales management; for assisting in upgrading Siebel versions on a project by project basis and in utilizing Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager to load data as required.
