Central liaison between Marketing colleagues and outside agency partners in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment. Project/program management of all direct marketing tactics within DM initiatives including direct mail, telephone channels (inbound and outbound), e-mail and online.* *POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES* 1. Partner with internal colleagues in Marketing to ensure the direct marketing channels are being optimized in order to support the Bank's business goals. Specifically -- to acquire, retain and cross-sell qualified customers. 2. Spearhead management of direct marketing communications programs in all phases including planning, implementation and analysis. Use knowledge gained to continue to improve and evolve the direct marketing initiatives to become increasingly more efficient and effective as the Bank continues to grow. 3. Manage relationships with outside agency partners to ensure that direct marketing programs are implemented on time, on brand, on strategy, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and are within budget. 4. Manage overall direct marketing budget including expenses for outside agencies, consultants, media (lists), and out-of-pocket costs including postage and data processing. 5. Partner with Systems and Operations support areas to ensure direct marketing initiatives are leveraging available technologies and are able to be supported on the backend. 6.
