Require a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to help drive the deployment of a Lean Six Sigma capability globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: * Lead 1 large scale Black Belt Continuous Improvement project * Coach 1 other Black belt project to a successful completion. * Coach 20 Green Belt projects to a successful completion. Qualifications, skills and experience * Education: o Minimum: University Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field o Desirable: MBA and/or MSc ** Technical:* o Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified o Six Sigma experience from a Tranasactional/Service background o Advanced user of Lean Six Sigma techniques, tools and methods o 2+ years of direct experience as a Black Belt with demonstrated success leading, facilitating and executing multiple transactional projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies o Technical mastery of Lean Six Sigma skills such as DMAIC, DFSS, Lean and process management o Significant experience of Project Management and Project Management tools (i.e. Microsoft Project) o Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word. o Knowledge of Minitab or other statistical software packages ** General Skills & Experience:* o Ideally with Multinational experience o Strong project delivery experience o 7+ years business/operations experience o Practical experience applying quality improvement and quality control concepts in a Shared Services environment an advantage o Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and contacts within work group, across other company functions and with external organizations o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deliver quickly and adapt to changing demands o Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and mentoring skills o Proven ability to influence others and drive meaningful change results o Detailed oriented person with strong leadership experience willing to take on a challenge o Demonstrated effective writing, public speaking, and training skills; ability to prepare written materials and reports o Systems development and financial experience preferred o Experience in Pharmaceutical industry an advantage o Oracle knowledge an advantage** Linda Monalisa Aim Computer Consulting N.
