We have a requirement for *Calypso’s BA.* *Location: Milwaukee, WI (Preferred local candidate)* *Duration: Long Term* *Position 1 * ** Calypso Expert * Equities Module* Need to find someone with working knowledge of the equities module on Calypso and also understands cash flow structuring then exotics under the trade group for entry. *Position 2* *-Calypso Expert * Collateral Management Module* Looking for someone with experience using the module that could give us a head start on how it may best work in our environment. Other skills - Proven experience in a Front Office/Trading environment - Well-versed in application functionality, workflow and configuration of the Calypso application - Highly analytical and critical thinker - Strong, clear communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple deadlines and deliverables - Ability to lead effective meetings with key business partners - Strong written skills - Previous experience drafting business requirements for new or existing business processes - Desire to problem solve and think critically to provide efficient business solutions - Ability to think strategically and propose alternative business processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction - Prior experience with large scale project (system conversion, upgrade etc.) preferably in Finance industry - Ability to synthesize business requirements and translate into test scenarios for execution by BQA team member - Works well independently and in a team environment - Strong Time Management Skills - Ability to build relationships with business partners and team members -Well-versed in application functionality, workflow and configuration of Calypso Technology Experience: 4-.5 years Education: Bachelor's in Engineering or Science or Information Technology Let me know if any questions.
