The BPB needs to be maintained in an enterprise class modeling tool (TBD). The BPA will be the primary liaison between business and IT. The BPA must contain strong communication skills and have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. *Required Skills:* · Business process discovery – Experience creating Business Process Blueprint 1. Reverse engineering of processes from existing systems 2. Ability to navigate Legacy Mainframe, Siebel, JEE , PeopleSoft and Oracle implementations as necessary 3.
