Dear Associates Urgent Requirement for a Business Process Architect/ Lead Business Analyst
Location: Portland, Maine Duration: 6+ months 200% closure if we can submit a good match. *Job Description:* The Business Process Architect (BPA) is responsible for building the Business Process Blueprint (BPB). The BPB needs to be maintained in an enterprise class modeling tool (TBD). The BPA will be the primary liaison between business and IT. The BPA must contain strong communication skills and have the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. *Required Skills:* · Business process discovery – Experience creating Business Process Blueprint 1. Reverse engineering of processes from existing systems 2. Ability to navigate Legacy Mainframe, Siebel, JEE , PeopleSoft and Oracle implementations as necessary 3. Knowledge of Component Business Model is a plus · Business process discovery – Experience creating Business Process Blueprint o Reverse engineering of processes from existing systems o Ability to navigate Legacy Mainframe, Siebel, JEE , PeopleSoft and Oracle implementations as necessary o Knowledge of Component Business Model is a plus · Requirements Management o Use case Specifications, Analysis and Modeling o User Interface requirements o Data Requirements · Business process modeling · Experience using BPM tools – (Tools like System Architect, Mega Provision, IBM Process Modeler, Lombardi Frame works, JBPM etc) · Proven Knowledge of standard notations and languages – BPEL, BPMN, XML Schemas, UML · Solid understanding of change management and risk mitigation.
