- Previous implementation skills with AquaLogic BPM (ALBPM) (Fuego)
- Experience in design, development and implementation of Business
Process Modeled (BPM) software solutions, systems and products
- Dynamic web interface design using XHMTL, CSS, JSP, etc.
- Application integration using Web Services and message oriented
middleware: JMS, MQ-series
- Spring frameworks
- Hibernate
- Java 1.4/1.5
- 10+ years experience

- Develop business solutions by creating new and modifying existing
ALBPM applications
- Primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging,
documenting and supporting ALBPM application, consistent with established
specifications and business requirements
