Please note that we need someone that will be available to start June 1 only. * HCM Org Management/ HCM Security Consultant* *Job description:* In support of our continued profitable growth, we need to expand our SAP team and are currently looking for an experienced SAP HCM functional consultant to concentrate on Organizational Management and HCM Security. This individual needs to have strength in Structural Authorizations, Organizational Management and HCM Security. *Requirements:* - Must have 5+ years of SAP HCM/HR configuration experience with a consulting support background. - Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle SAP HCM implementations. - Must have hands on configuration experience with OM and HCM Security. - Must be an expert in Structural Authorizations and Organizational Change Management. - Must have the ability to assume sole responsibility for all phases of an SAP HCM implementation including project preparation, requirements gathering and analysis, Business Blueprint, realization/configuration, Go-Live and post-production support under multiple deadlines. - Must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. - Must have excellent communication skills, strong business experience, and outstanding end-user interaction. - Must be able to use and have knowledge of ASAP Methodology. - Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Must have experience working on small fast pace project teams. * *- Must be willing to travel weekly to our project sites.
