*Position #1 : SAP Security Consultant* *Location:* Harrisburg, PA *Duration:* 2.5 months - Must have Public Sector experience Below are the high level security tasks that are currently in place at our client. We need candidates with hands on experience in the following: - HR Structural Authorization – being able to administer and implement variations of authorizations including context-sensitivity - BI 7.0 Security Administration – work with the BI team to incorporate the different level of reporting restrictions and implementations - ECC 6.0 Security Administration – work with the FI, HCM, MM, PM, and PS security restrictions and implementations - Portal Security – work with the portal administrator and functional modules to implement various portal security tasks - SRM Security – work with the SRM and Portal teams’ security restrictions and implementations - System Measurement – work with the license administration workbench to control the annual license fee for all SAP systems - Security Audit and Monitoring – work with auditors, function modules, and managers to effectively setup audit logs, executing changes and monitoring various activity reports - Helpdesk Tickets – work on resolving and expediting security issues via the Remedy system with auditors and function modules - Security Process Improvements – work with function modules, business users, and managers to improve the constant changes in sap security to meet business needs while maintaining system integrity - SAP Security Procedures – work with managers, auditors and function modules on improving the current security requests and changes procedures incorporating the general IT security functions - Documentation – work with function modules to document changes to SAP security along with procedures, process improvements and audit requirements *Position #2 : SAP **HCM Org Management/ HCM Security Consultant* *Location: *St. Louis, MO** *Duration:* 4-5 months *Job description:* In support of our continued profitable growth, we need to expand our SAP team and are currently looking for an experienced SAP HCM functional consultant to concentrate on Organizational Management and HCM Security. This individual needs to have strength in Structural Authorizations, Organizational Management and HCM Security. *Requirements:* - Must have 5+ years of SAP HCM/HR configuration experience with a consulting support background. - Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle SAP HCM implementations. - Must have hands on configuration experience with OM and HCM Security. - Must be an expert in Structural Authorizations and Organizational Change Management. - Must have the ability to assume sole responsibility for all phases of an SAP HCM implementation including project preparation, requirements gathering and analysis, Business Blueprint, realization/configuration, Go-Live and post-production support under multiple deadlines. - Must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines. - Must have excellent communication skills, strong business experience, and outstanding end-user interaction.- Must be able to use and have knowledge of ASAP Methodology. - Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Must have experience working on small fast pace project teams.** - Must be willing to travel weekly to our project sites.
