Looking for a *Senior IT Support Specialist* who will create and develop
software solutions to application errors reported, will carry a pager and
respond to production requests, escalating unresolved issues as needed,
provide senior-level end-user support, which may include: providing systems
administration assistance, coordinating stakeholder discussions, updating
user documentation or conducting training.



The primary focus of this position is first-tier production support of
RiskNet/RatingsNet and FRAME applications. However, the role will also
include some participation in analysis, QA, and deployment phases of
maintenance releases.



*Required Skills:*

Minimum of 7 years of IT industry experience

Understanding of counterparty and credit risk management systems and ratings
data is preferred

Remedy, ClearQuest, and Mercury Quality Center

Experience with the RiskNet or RatingsNet system would be a major PLUS

Experience supporting Microsoft business intelligence stack is a big plus
(SSIS, SQL Server, SSAS, SharePoint workflows and portals, etc.)

Experience in both UNIX and Windows environment

Autosys scheduling and job management

Java/J2EE and .NET application experience is a big plus

Experience in testing batch interfaces or systems integration is a big plus
