*Senior IT Support Specialist :: Herndon, VA :: Long term.* Kindly forward your profiles to *[email protected]* only Looking for a *Senior IT Support Specialist* who will create and develop software solutions to application errors reported, will carry a pager and respond to production requests, escalating unresolved issues as needed, provide senior-level end-user support, which may include: providing systems administration assistance, coordinating stakeholder discussions, updating user documentation or conducting training. The primary focus of this position is first-tier production support of RiskNet/RatingsNet and FRAME applications.
