Candidates must have Health Care experience and excellent communication skills. - Experience with Amisys and or Facets system highly desired. - Experience working with and writing Technical requirements. - Experience with Data mapping. - Experience working with technical processes. - Process Improvement experience. - Evaluates business requirements and prepares detailed specifications that follow project guidelines to develop written programs. - Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation. - Responsible for the completion phase of the project to ensure success. - Exhibits and applies comprehensive knowledge of systems analysis to the completion of challenging assignments. - Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. - Exhibits and is able to demonstrate the relationship of data structures as they relate to systems. - Thorough understanding of technological infrastructure and how it relates to projects. -Has a firm understanding of the problems and issues of clients, the industry and the business environment.
