Job Title : PRODUCTION SUPPORT ENGINEERS for CHECK PROCESSING SYSTEM Location : Englewood Cliffs, NJ or Uniondale, Long Island, NY Project Duration : 6-12 Month(s) Skill Set : •Functional knowledge of Check Processing or ACH or Credit-card Processing or other Payment Processing systems…..this will be the winning stroke •4-5 years of experience in supporting client-server applications on Windows & AIX platforms. •Should have excellent analytical skills •Proven experience in triaging, troubleshooting & escalating Production issues is a must. •Excellent communication skills & experience producing root-cause analysis reports •Experience with Mainframe, JCL will be a plus •Experience with CPCS, IPD, SEI applications will be a big plus. •Our client is in the Process of rolling out a 24x6 Check Processing System, and is in need of engineers to Support the system. •The selected candidates are expected to work in shifts, as may be required.
