Job Title : “ORACLE Technical/Functional ANALYST [Contract to Hire Position]” Location : Overland Park KANSAS Project Duration : 3 Months [Contract to Hire after 3 Months] JOB DESCRIPTION: Technical Analyst with Oracle eBusiness Applications experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: *Designing and developing custom extensions to Oracle eBusiness Suite Manufacturing, Finance, Order Entry, and Supply Chain Modules *Translating user requirements as defined in a business design into a technical design from which code is created. *Development responsibilities include translating technical designs into effective, reliable, and functional programs that solve the problem as defined in the design. *Working closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Users to ensure appropriate unit, integration, and acceptance testing is completed. The Technical Analyst should have: *Oracle eBusiness Suite applications knowledge (11i preferred) *Development experience using Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL and other relevant Oracle development environments *Experience with one or more Oracle modules including Manufacturing, Order Entry, MRP, Purchasing, Supply Chain, etc. *Experience designing and developing in a manufacturing environment *Excellent communication skills *This position will interact with users and other IS and IT department members. It also requires an understanding of business, financial, and manufacturing processes.
