HP Service Center Developer

1 year + contract opportunity 

located in Atlanta, GA.

 

 

 

 Contractor will be customizing client requirements. The team is a 7X24
environment , with on call and production support duties required. 

 

Required Skills:

HP ServiceCenter tool set (includes incident, problem, change, interactions,
AssetCenter, and knowledge management)

Good documentation skills (self documented code, for example)

Thorough understanding of the testing processs

Currently using ServiceCenter 6.2.6 and AssetCenter 5.0

*Types of customization work will be reviewed. For example, experience doing
customization with screen changes, database changes, workflow changes.

ITIL Certification is a HUGE PLUS!
