Program Manager directs controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement
or development program. PM is the individual ultimately responsible to the
agency. The PM’s primary responsibility is to drive the entire effort from
start to finish.
*Complete Description*:
The job responsibilities will include the development of new call centers,
supporting the current call centers, resolving problems reported by our call
centers, maintenance of hardware associated with the call centers, ensuring
each system is backed up properly, suggest ways to enhance our productivity
with the new system, Support the predictive dialer, communicate effectively
with Unisys and Avaya support personnel and mentor the current revenue staff
on the systems.
They must have good people skills since they will be dealing with each of
our call center personnel.

Question 1:
A face-to-face interview is required. Can your candidate interview in person
in Harrisburg?
Question 2:
The work site is in downtown Harrisburg. Parking is not provided by the
client. Have you discussed parking arrangements with your candidate?
Question 3:
This agency requires a $20 badge fee payable by check on the first day of
the engagement. The fee is non-reimbursable to the client, but your resource
will be provided with a receipt. Have you discussed this fee with your
candidate?
Question 4:
The Avaya Certified Associate -- IP Telephony certification is required for
this position. Has your candidate completed this certification and have you
included that on the resume?
Question 5:
An extension past June 30, 2009 is possible, but not guaranteed. Have you
