Job Description: Background check requirements: 7 year criminal background Drug Screening: 5 Panel drug screening is required prior to beginning work in any agency at the Client. All candidate selections are contingent upon successfully passing both background and drug screening. Travel Service guidelines of the Client must be adhered when traveling is approved for the specified position. Position description: 1. Ability to plan objectives and projects. Ability to plan, coordinates, and assigns projects and tasks. Direct information technology staff. * Advises staff on technical problems, procedures, and methods. * Provides technical leadership on projects. * Develops information technology policies and procedures. * Plans and directs the use of information technology products and services. 2. System functional design, technical design, and programming experience with a Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS). * Knowledgeable of data structures and data relationships within SACWIS application systems. * Strong understanding of child welfare business. 3. Expertise with full software development life cycle including software system analysis, functional design, technical design, development, testing, and production system support. Software design and development expertise with n-tier application system architecture including Microsoft .NET and Oracle database technologies. 4. Software design and development in an Oracle 10g environment with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET including C#, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, ADO.NET<http://ado.net/>, Smart Client, Win Forms, XML web services, and IIS. Strong understanding of .NET Framework. * Experience using Team Foundation Server for system configuration management. * Experience using Microsoft Enterprise Libraries. 5. Experience performing data analysis and data design. Software design and development using SQL and PL/SQL for Oracle stored procedures, triggers, and functions. Maintain, modify, and performance tune existing Oracle packages and functions.
