Location: Philly, PA area Target start date: 5/25/09 Duration: 5 months Cost Rate Ceiling: $45/hr inclusive (prefer local to area as no travel expenses can be charged) Job Responsibilities: • Create technical ABAP specification and perform development in SAP under various SAP modules as per the specification provided by user and/or technical team members • Perform development in SAP under various SAP modules as per the specification provided by user and/or technical team members. • Propose solutions to improve business process effectiveness inline with strategic goals • Operate in a cross-functional team environment including ABAP developers, business users and other team members to recommend industry standard solutions • Apply experience and expertise regarding applications and infrastructure, along with implementation to support project success. • Leverage team members to design, develop and implement solutions within SAP various modules. • Rapidly learn and fully apply SSO IT standard processes, specifically PLM, Quality Management and Quality Document Control Policy. • Ensure quality and regulatory requirements for both SSO IT and its customer(s) are met in the design, development, and delivery of the solution. (Sarbanes-Oxley, SSO IT Process House, FDA, etc.) • Some travel may be required to domestic locations (Cary, NC), up to 25% in a given month. Expenses will be monitored closely by the project manager each month to ensure compliance to travel policy. Consultant will work closely with the project manager to plan activities to minimize travel.
