Follow established style and process guidelines, and help develop future documentation standards. *SKILLS* *8 to 10 years experience in technical writing* BA/BS or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be passionate about technical documentation, quality conscious, and innovative Proven ability to work well with people Experience with networking technologies or other complex technologies Experience with XML authoring tools, Epic and topic-based documentation is preferred Experience with usability and information architecture is preferred Ability to customize existing documentation in *Epic and TeamSite*. *Fast turnaround a must. *BA/BS or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
