Senior Level - at least 6 years experience in the specified skill set 
SAP RPM (xRPM) Business Analyst 

These resources will assist with the analysis of business processes that
will contribute to the design and development of new solutions. The resource
will work along side functional, industry, and technical specialists to
assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative
solutions including methods, techniques, tools, change management, and
training. A business analyst will have experience with Rational Tools,
Rational Unified Process, writing use cases, conducting customer meetings,
serving as a collaborative liaison between development and testing teams,
User Acceptance Testing and TCP/IP is required. 
SAP experience, especially in configuration and portal is required. RPM
experience and/or web-enabled applications strongly desired. Must be able to
work effectively in a team environment and have excellent skills in
cross-team communications to complete tasks. Must have strong customer
services skills; this is an internal customer facing position. Must have
superior analytical skills to think through complex, multidimensional
problems. Must have the ability to independently drive issue resolution,
develop business knowledge, strengthen relationships and apply technical
alternatives while operating in a rapidly changing environment. Must have
the ability to balance and adjust existing work with new requests for
support and small enhancements. Person should have a strong background in
requirements gathering, solution design, and application testing and
troubleshooting. 
The individual in this Business Analyst role will become a member of the
Client Services Business System Support Team. This team is based in St.
Louis, MO with global responsibility for bridging SAP and non-SAP software
solutions with business processes to support and enhance fully integrated IT
solutions that meet business requirements while enabling best business
practices. Opportunities will include working across multiple businesses,
business processes, organizations and geographies. The team supports
Monsanto's global SAP Resource and Portfolio Management platform and a
global user community. The main objectives of this role are to provide
exemplary production support to our customers and project teams, to assist
with a technical system upgrade to RPM version 4.5 , and to work on system
enhancements and new implementations as needed.
