Can verify GPRS traffic is functioning. Has knowledge of APG structure Familiar with Ericsson ALEX Data Bases Experience with Ericsson OSS and network element access, use of SMO, OPS and CHA. OPS scripting knowledge. Familiar with Ericsson Winfiol communication tool Familiar with remote access tools and access methods, Citrix, SSH, RSG, VPN access. Minimizing downtime by detecting problems early. Basic problem analysis. Developing new checks/balances via scripting of use cases.
