Rate - $open/hr (depends on Experience in ELM)   Will have to be competitive


Notes -
*One Consulting expert is needed during Design (2 weeks at beginning of
June) and throughout Realization (July – Dec) to assist with design,
development, testing, and implementation preparation.  The consultant should
be:
·         Very knowledgeable on the HCMPF framework, configuration, and
adobe forms.
·         Able to assist with workflow changes.
·         Able to provide “on-the-job” training to the client team on the
use of the HCMPF framework

*Functional Capabilities*
The client desires to implement the following forms:

New Hire

Rehire

Transfer

Termination

Pay Change

Family Status Change  (may not be needed. Use HRSC)

Position/Pay Change

Special Payment

Change of Address   (may not be needed. Use ESS)

Change of Name   (may not be needed. Use ESS)

Change Active/Inactive Status

Establish LTD



*System Delivery*
-The forms will be accessed via MSS

-Managers or HR Administrators can use the forms to enter employee changes

-Workflows will route the form to appropriate individuals for approval
and/or notification

-After receiving all approvals, the information will be updated in SAP



*Roles and Responsibilities*
-Assist in the design and development of technical specifications

-Participate in such activities as design reviews, problem solving, gap and
configuration resolutions

-Provide expertise on the development of the forms and workflows using the
HCMPF framework.

-Provide on-the-job training as needed for the client project team members
on the use of the HCMPF framework

-Provide guidance in best practices when developing the HCMPF forms

-Monitor and escalate issues to the client Project Manager

-Provide knowledge transfer in support of rollout strategies, configuration,
and ABAP/WebDynpro

-Provide knowledge transfer in support of change management plans and
strategies relating to HCMPF

-Assist with providing updates for the project plan approved by the client
Project Managers (results, status, issues, etc) via regularly scheduled
status meetings (minimum weekly)
