*PeopleSoft HRMS Techno Functional Consultant* DURATION : 6 MONTHS LOCATION : Pleasanton ======== - Consultants with 8-10 years extensive experience in IT and 8+ years as a PeopleSoft HRMS Techno Functional consultant. - Experience in min 3 or 4 end-to-end Implementations or Upgrade or Support projects. - Must have strong experience and exposure towards the Core HR, Payroll and Benefits modules. - Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies. - Excellent technical skills in People tools 8.x, PeopleCode, Application Engine, UNIX, Shell Script programming. - Must have working knowledge of custom COBOL programs, STAT & CA Unicenter - Must have end-to-end Implementation/Upgrade experience in PS HRMS V8.9 or above (mandatory). - Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels. - Excellent communication skill. - Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
