Work with Strategic Sourcing, IT, Finance, HR, external consulting partners, and internal users from a range of internal departments to implement the SRM Project’s Change Management Plan. Plan includes internal and external communications, problem resolution, and training support (90%). Responsibilities include: – Developing and administering the delivery of internal communications across a broad internal user base including e-mail project messages, posters, and updates to internal Strategic Sourcing portal web site, – Developing and administering an external communications plan targeted at Discovery’s in scope supplier base, – Scheduling and managing a range of change management activities across functions and within a set time schedule, – Supporting Project Management and Training functional leads. 2. Identify operational efficiencies and sourcing process improvement opportunities across the Strategic Sourcing and internal customer organizations (10%).
